Starting your fitness journey at the gym can be intimidating, but this beginner-friendly routine makes it easy:

Warm-Up (5 minutes):

  • Treadmill walking or cycling at a moderate pace.

Workout (30-40 minutes):

  1. Leg press (3 sets of 12 reps)

  2. Lat pulldowns (3 sets of 10 reps)

  3. Dumbbell bench press (3 sets of 10 reps)

  4. Dumbbell bicep curls (3 sets of 12 reps per arm)

  5. Plank (3 sets of 20-30 seconds)
