Barbell reverse close grip bench press
Instructions
- Lie down on a bench with your back supported, knees bent, and feet resting on the floor.
- Grab a barbell over your abdomen with your arms bent, elbows placed at the sides, hands set shoulder-width apart, and palms facing your face.
- Raise the barbell by straightening your arms.
- As your arms become straight, return to the initial position and repeat.
