Instructions

  1. Lie down on a bench with your back supported, knees bent, and feet on the floor.
  2. Hold a barbell over your shoulders with your arms extended, hands shoulder-width apart, and palms facing forward.
  3. Lower the barbell towards your upper chest while folding your arms, then take your hands towards your face.
  4. Hold for a while, return to the initial position, and repeat.
