Barbell incline bench press

Instructions

  1. Lie down on an incline bench with your back supported, knees bent, and feet resting on the floor.
  2. Grab a barbell over your upper chest with your elbows dipped under the bench, hands placed wider than the shoulder width, and palms facing forward.
  3. Raise the barbell by straightening your arms.
  4. As your arms become straight, return to the initial position and repeat.
