Barbell floor chest press
Instructions
- Lie down on the floor with your face up and legs extended.
- Hold a barbell over your chest with your hands double shoulder-width apart, palms facing up, and elbows opened wide to your sides.
- Raise the barbell while extending your arms.
- As your arms become straight, slowly return to the initial position and repeat.
