Instructions

  1. Lie down on the floor with your face up and legs extended.
  2. Hold a barbell over your chest with your hands double shoulder-width apart, palms facing up, and elbows opened wide to your sides.
  3. Raise the barbell while extending your arms.
  4. As your arms become straight, slowly return to the initial position and repeat.
