Instructions

  1. Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold a barbell over your chest just under your chin, arms folded, elbows close to your torso, and palms facing the ceiling.
  3. Lower the barbell by taking your hips to the floor while bending your knees.
  4. As your thighs come nearly parallel to the floor, return to the starting position, and repeat.
