Barbell clean grip front squat
Instructions
- Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold a barbell over your chest just under your chin, arms folded, elbows close to your torso, and palms facing the ceiling.
- Lower the barbell by taking your hips to the floor while bending your knees.
- As your thighs come nearly parallel to the floor, return to the starting position, and repeat.
