Barbell clean and jerk split squat
Instructions
- Stand near a barbell and hold it by leaning forward and bending your knees with your hands wider than your shoulders.
- Raise the barbell to your knees while raising your hips, then take the barbell to your chest while coming under it.
- Straighten your legs and raise the barbell while extending your arms overhead, taking a step back with your knees bent, and finally, stand tall.
- Return to the starting position step by step and repeat.
