Instructions

  1. Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Grab the barbell near the thighs with an underhand grip, straight arms, and hands placed shoulder-width apart.
  3. Raise the barbell towards the shoulders by folding your arms.
  4. As it reaches near the shoulders, return to the initial position and repeat.
