Instructions

  1. Stand tall near a bench with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold a barbell at your shoulders behind your neck with your palms facing forward.
  3. Lower your hips on the bench while bending your knees and keeping your feet fixed.
  4. Hold for a while, return to the initial position, and repeat.
