Instructions
Stand tall near a bench with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
Hold a barbell at your shoulders behind your neck with your palms facing forward.
Lower your hips on the bench while bending your knees and keeping your feet fixed.
Hold for a while, return to the initial position, and repeat.
