Barbell behind neck push press
Instructions
- Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold a barbell at your shoulders behind your neck with your palms facing forward.
- Bend your knees slightly, lean a bit forward, and raise the barbell by extending your arms overhead.
- Hold for a while, return to the initial position, and repeat.
