Instructions

  1. Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold a barbell at your shoulders behind your neck with your palms facing forward.
  3. Bend your knees slightly, lean a bit forward, and raise the barbell by extending your arms overhead.
  4. Hold for a while, return to the initial position, and repeat.
