Instructions

  1. Stand tall with your back straight, arms by your side, and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold a barbell behind your hips with your hands placed wider than your shoulders and palms facing backward.
  3. Raise the barbell by lifting your shoulders towards the ears.
  4. Hold for a while, return to the starting position, and repeat.
