Instructions

  1. Stand tall on a resistance band with your back straight, and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Lean forward, lower your hips, bend your knees, and hold the band's handles.
  3. Stretch the band by extending your back and straightening your legs.
  4. Return to the initial position and repeat.
