Instructions

  1. Stand tall with your back straight and a resistance band under your feet.
  2. Lean forward and grab the band's handles near your knees while keeping your arms straight.
  3. Pull the band by folding your arms and taking your elbows past your back.
  4. Return to the initial position by releasing the band, and repeat.
