Instructions

  1. Stand tall with your back straight, arms by your side, and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Bend your neck by taking your head backwards and then forward.
  3. Return to the initial position and rotate your neck towards the left and right.
  4. Repeat the whole sequence.
