Instructions

  1. Sit on a block with your back straight, knees bent, and feet on the floor.
  2. Raise your arms overhead and bend your elbows.
  3. Pull your right elbow towards the opposite shoulder with your left hand.
  4. Maintain this stretch for some seconds and relax.
