Instructions

  1. Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Fold your arms at your sides and make fists with your hands near your chest.
  3. Raise one of your knees while rotating your torso to your sides.
  4. Return to the initial position, and repeat by raising your other knee.
