Arm double crossover

Instructions

  1. Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Spread your arms at shoulder level to your sides while keeping your palms down and forearms bent.
  3. Bring your arms close as they crossover, take them slightly away, and bring them over each other again.
  4. Return to the initial position, and repeat.
