Instructions

  1. Stand tall with your back straight, chest out, and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Spread your arms at shoulder level to your sides while keeping your palms down.
  3. Bring your arms close unless they crossover each other.
  4. Return to the initial position, and repeat.
