Instructions

  1. Stand tall with your back straight and your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Bend your knees slightly and clasp your hands in front of your chest.
  3. Lift one of your feet off the floor and step to your side.
  4. Return to the initial position and do the same with your other foot.
