Instructions

  1. Stand tall with your back straight, arms by your side, and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Bend your knees, extend one of your legs backward, and lower your hands towards the floor while leaning forward.
  3. Return to the initial position and do the same while extending your other leg.
