Alternate bicep curl standing dumbbells

Instructions

  1. Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Grab the dumbbells near the thighs with straight arms and your palms facing forward.
  3. Raise one of the dumbbells towards the shoulder by folding your arm.
  4. As it reaches near the shoulder, return to the initial position and repeat by folding the other arm.
