Instructions

  1. Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, a resistance band underneath your feet, and arms by your sides
  2. Grab the ends of band in your hands and bend your one elbow, moving the band towards your shoulder.
  3. Take your hand back to the initial position while straightening your arm and repeat the same with your opposite hand.
