All fours quad stretch
Beginner

Instructions

  1. Get down on all fours and straighten your back.
  2. Keep your arms right under the shoulders and your hips right above your knees.
  3. Raise one of your knees and grab the raised foot with your corresponding hand while extending your arm.
  4. Hold the stretch for a few seconds, return to the initial position and repeat.
